About Khan Al Saboun
Khan Al Saboun is a Lebanese family workshop from Tripoli, the Levant's historic soap city. Hand-made soap nearly disappeared there in the twentieth century; in 1995 the Hassoun family revived the craft, and every batch is again made by hand in Lebanon. The formulas combine traditional Mediterranean and Levantine ingredients - olive oil, rosemary, Damascus rose, frankincense, green tea - with modern cosmetic standards.
