A soft soap paste of coconut, olive and sesame oils with honey, turmeric oil and turmeric powder, used as a rinse-off face treatment. Massage it onto a wet face for a minute and rinse; the turmeric leaves the skin looking warmer and more even, the honey keeps it from feeling stripped. Two or three times a week for oily and combination skin, once a week for dry skin. The jar version of the turmeric honey soap.

Made by hand in Tripoli

Khan Al Saboun is a family workshop in Tripoli, the old soap city of the Levant. The craft nearly disappeared in the twentieth century; in 1995 the Hassoun family revived it. Olea Vitalis is a genuine retailer: every bottle comes from that workshop and ships from our stock in the EU.

Red Mud MaskA rinse-off face mask of red clay and turmeric in olive, flaxseed and almond oils with sage and green tea water. The clay draws oil out of the pores as it dries and the skin feels tightened and matte after rinsing, which is why it is used for combination and oily skin. Apply a thin layer to a clean face and neck, leave it briefly, rinse warm and follow with the toner and a cream. Once a week is enough.
