Delivery Options
We offer delivery through Omniva, DPD, and Itella Smartpost, with the following options:

Parcel Machine Delivery – A convenient and contactless option for smaller packages. Available in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, and Poland. Your order will be delivered to the nearest parcel machine, and you’ll receive a notification when it’s ready for pickup.

Home Delivery by Courier – Have your order delivered straight to your door. Available across the EU. A courier will contact you before arrival to ensure a smooth handover.

Parcel Machine Pricing
Parcel-machine delivery is the fastest and cheapest option in the markets where we run a dedicated locker integration: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland and Poland.

Courier Pricing by Country
Two courier options are available across the rest of the EU: Standard Delivery (lower cost, 5-9 working days) and DPD Courier (faster, 4-7 working days). The prices below are the final amounts shown at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes
- Orders placed before 15:00 are typically ready the next working day.
- Standard delivery times vary depending on the destination:
- Estonia: 1–3 business days
- Baltics (Latvia, Lithuania): 2–5 business days
- Nordics (Finland, Sweden, Denmark): 3–8 business days
- Rest of the EU: 4–10 business days
Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays, high order volumes, or weather conditions.

Tracking Your Order

Additional Delivery Information
